Pixlena writes JPG, PNG or WebP through your browser's canvas encoder. It can open other listed input formats only when your browser can decode them; TIFF is not supported by this tool. Renaming a file extension alone is not conversion.
JPEG cannot keep transparency. When converting a transparent PNG or WebP to JPG, this tool paints the background white. PNG can keep transparent edges, while WebP can also store transparency. Re-encoding a lossy source as PNG does not restore lost detail.
Preview small text and edges after conversion and verify the receiving service accepts the format. The images are processed in the browser without a Pixlena server upload; canvas output may not preserve source EXIF.
